Privacy Policy

When you submit an enquiry or sign in, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address, city and state, and the course, programme or college you are interested in. We also record basic campaign information such as the referring source, campaign parameters and the page from which the enquiry was submitted.

Your details are used to contact you about the programme you enquired about, to verify your mobile number through a one-time password, and to help you complete the admission process. Your enquiry details are shared with the relevant partner institution and its admission counsellors so that they can call, message or email you regarding your application.

By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted by GurukuLDekho and partner institutions on the phone number and email address you provide, including on numbers registered with DND.

We share enquiry data with the partner institution you selected, and with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, database and SMS/OTP delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

We use browser storage and campaign parameters in the URL to attribute enquiries to the marketing campaign or partner agency that referred you, and conversion pixels to record that a form was submitted. These do not identify you personally to third parties beyond the enquiry you submitted.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to support your admission journey and to meet our record-keeping obligations, typically up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Write to hello@gurukuldekho.com and we will action your request. Note that partner institutions you have already been shared with may hold their own copy of your enquiry.
